Subway in Randallstown is clean, quick, and reliable. Staff is friendly, and the food is fresh and made just the way you want it. Great spot for a fast, no-fuss sandwich when you're in the area.

My daughter went there today and bought 3 cookies and they had the nerve to put 2 whole cookies a half cookie in the bag. The way prices went up they should have put in the bag what she paid for. Since she’s a teenager they figured they will do whatever but those cookies was for mama bear and I’m disappointed.

Racist! Terrible Staff! I wish I could give this place 0 stars. For context, I am a black woman. Today, this franchise was worked by 2 South Asian men. I went in, asking: “Do you guys have a bathroom?”, as a polite way of saying where is your bathroom. They then proceed to tell me “No, we don't have a bathroom.” I know this is a blatant lie because I live down the street, and under different managements, I’ve been in that exact restroom. The other customer in the store, a white male, was just as confused and angered as me, saying “What, she cant use the bathroom? The bathroom is right there.” The workers then both proceeded to say “No, she cannot.” No explanation was given. Nothing even stated about the bathroom being a “customer only” restroom. There were a couple of people sitting by the front order line eating without a mask. The sandwich makers did not have a mask on one the mask was 1 their chin. The tunafish sandwich which I ordered tasted OK but I could only have 3 bites because I started having a stomach ache. I normally go there and eat every so often. I will continue to go there today must have been an off day.

The last visit was on 7/21/2022. I order three subs. Now they have in stalled large display sticker signs, so you can not see what is being put on your subs. You have to try and see around the stickers to make sure you are getting what you want on the subs and not just one piece of this or that. For the most part, you are getting a bread sandwich, if you don't say something.
