More than once has this lady screamed or yelled at me and several other teenagers about using the bathroom.Normally any of the other workers have no problems and let people use the bathroom freely as well as being extremely kind greeting you when you walk in. On several occasions she has run out the back office and ripped the door open in attempt to stop a teenager from using the bathroom.often if more then one person trys to use the bathroom and she "didn't see"them but saw you she'll reprimand you.Several times I have walked into this subway to be greeted with dirty looks and stank faces towards me and my peers for simply wanting to use a bathroom.-A teen trying to pee

I have finally had a sub from a SUBWAY® that is worth 4 stars. It is The Monster with double meat and whatever toppings you prefer. I went with Garlic Aoli, Red Wine Vinegar, Lettuce, Tomato, Spinach, Black Olive, Jalapeño, Banana Peppers, Black Pepper and Oregano. Not toasted. The question is, is it worth $17? Nah. I honestly cannot tell the difference between their presliced meat to their newly sliced fresh meat. For chains, Jersey Mike’s is much higher quality for $1 - $2 more. Jersey Mike’s is actually less expensive had I went to the Avenel Subway location. The same sub there was $20! If you are in Central/North Central NJ, do yourself a favor and just go to Tastee Subs in Metuchen.

As soon as you walk in through the doors the worker “Demi” makes a face as if it’s a huge inconvenience. If you don’t like to work there maybe find another job? You are making meals for people and taking their money, having some sort of customer service is a must! God forbid you ask for extra anything, or anything on the side because you will be given the biggest eye roll! Not is she impolite, but she is also stingy, rude, unprofessional, impatient and just a HORRIBLE person to interact with. Every time I go here they have such a bad attitude the girl always has a attitude problem & so does the boy, I walk in very polite & friendly and they act like they mad at the world. Very poor customer service. There sandwiches are pretty good for the most part but sometimes they put way too much pepper and I feel it is because they have a attitude.

The owner of this business needs to retrain the employee who worked on November 19th at 7pm. This employee was extremely rude, unpredictable and unprofessional. I walked in and i ordered lots of foot long sandwiches for my family, I asked him to add condiments such as extra onions and green peppers and cucumber and i was willing to pay for it, unfortunately he claims he would not be able too, so I asked again if he does not do as i ask I would leave without paying for it. Please retrain this employee otherwise social media will shut you down and things are difficult as it is. After I left it seems that he also had issues with a second customer who he also left over refilled drinks that he would not allow him to refill for crying out loud there drinks the customer is a paying customer order
