Subway

We were in the drive through for 20 mins so I went inside. There was only 1 worker and she was being slow. After a couple minutes another worker finally showed up. I went back to the car and it took another 10 mins. She gave us our sandwich. It was made wrong. She tried arguing with us that was what we ordered. Finally she slams the window and goes to make another one. A different lady brought us our food. The sandwich was a mess!!!! All the stuff inside was falling out. After a total of 40 minutes I am not well pleased!!!!

This subway has prices that are more expensive than even the subways in tourist areas like West Yellowstone or the Grand Canyon. Way over priced considering the quality of sandwiches you can get at other places for much cheaper. Also, it’s interesting that they NEVER have any male employees. Ever. Update: went into the c-store and saw a male subway employee for the first time. Congratulations. He was standing in the back prepping food and was eating stuff at the same time in the food prep area. So that wasn’t great. Update again: Went to the convenience store again and walked past the subway section. They have raised their prices even more since my last post. Every six inch sub is well over $8, with most $9 to even $10. For a SIX INCH.

Absolutely terrible everything. Manager and another guy who work here act like they are together and too worried about loving up on each other. They throw 2 sandwiches together in the oven causing half the stuff to come out cold. I ask for veggies and he pretty much chucks it at the sandwich. Throws things around like he hates his job. Absolutely disgusting, terrible customer service. Something needs to be done

Vast improvement! I heard that huge manager who friggen treated everyone like garbage was fired. I stopped coming here because of her, and I had to find out what Subway was like now. I grew up with my grandpa taking me to this subway and it kinda hurt when I couldn't stand going here anymore because of whatever her name was. She was just so toxic. But I came back and honestly, it's the subway I remember and my Grandpa's birthday is coming up and I can't wait to celebrate with a Subway sandwich to remember him. Not to mention, the staff seems so much happier, the quality work is significantly improved, service is great! It's amazing what happens when you have a mature staff and you give them the chance to thrive.

Walked in stood there for 10min. Guy had AirPods in eating hot Cheetos and staring at us. Did not get served till 5 min later.. got asked together or separate 5 times.. 5 TIMES. The guy rung me up and touched my subway bag with his hot Cheeto fingers. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
