Mejia's Mexican Food

The hospitality is on point. The food was great. And the prices are fair. We have drove pass this bus 100’s of time and finally stopped and gave it a try. We will be back for sure and recommend anyone to give it a try. I have never had such DELICIOUS rice in my life. Adobada Tacos Are a must have.

My boyfriend bought chips and salsa from here over the weekend.. we got food poisoning. Theres larvae in there (white worm looking bugs)… I called the phone number on the website and told them what happened.. they denied having larvae in there and blamed me for keeping the salsa out. It’s been refrigerated since we got it and didn’t ever sit out. Told me she makes it twice a week and that the inspector said she can leave it out for 3 days for it to be fine. Unfortunately we will not be eating here anymore, which sucks because their food is so good, but not worth the risk of getting sick :(

Who knew?! Preston was a hit for us with this little gem! The food was incredible! Authentically delicious. So glad we found it. My kids called Mejia’s Mexican Food “the taco bus”. This will be a stop for us on our next trip.

The carne asada burrito is my favorite in cache valley. If you are even close you need to stop in. The ladies inside are awesome too make sure you tip them well.
