Over all worst experience coming tobi was very uninformed and was overall just a not pleasant person finding the food getting microwave was gross soggy couldn’t finish my sub just a horrible way to spend a lunch break

I go into Subway downtown about once every 2 weeks around the same time, 8:15 am. It’s convenient to get lunches for my kids and I. Each and every time I go the woman who starts my order is extremely rude. I understand that at times it can happen, but for it to happen every single time is just ridiculous. Her co- worker who finishes the order is very nice and over compensates for her “friends” awful attitude. This woman needs a new job. She’s one of the most terrible people I have ever encountered in the service industry. I won’t be returning, not that she cares but hopefully her superiors will figure out she’s losing business for them as I’m sure I’m not the only one.

They didn’t want to customize a sandwich for me. All three women working looked miserable and didn’t even say anything when I came into the empty store. I left with nothing.

Food is great. Clean restuarant. Mostly friendly staff. Stopped in for dinner one night and there were 2 employees there. First one was very polite and respectful. The one who rang me up was a little impatient when I was deciding what I wanted on my sub. Her attitude will not deter me from eating there.

My daughter and her husband came in their today for a sub for me and them and they got theirs and, I wish you all reading this will see how poor these ppl are. The new girls in the pottsville store centre street they were to make me a turkey sub on wheat bread and extra mayo extra black olives 2 strips of bacon and some spinach with the stems cut off provolone cheese and tomatoe and sweet mustard with some olive oil and these girls gave me a sub white bread and spinich WTF is this how can you mess something up and when, I called their to ask for the manager a girl got on the phone and told me that they are pretty much all the managers taken over for the main manager and that she needed my reciept which, I have and that she would make it and im unable to walk their for it and my daughter an
