Fist I ordered 9nline and I went to the store30 mins later like it told me to and they haven't even started the order so I got my drink and I waited outside for another 30 mins. When the food was done or she said it was I took it back to the office and started to eat it and noticed it tasted funny. They did not heat my sandwich like I asked them to. Which I got a Sweet onion teriyaki sandwich. And they put all the toppings on it I asked for so I could not heat it up or it would make it go bad. They don't care this is not the first time I had problems with this one I also heard bad things about them only reason I go is because it is closest to my job
Pregnant and had 4 babies in the car so I parked where I could see my truck and they told me they wouldn’t serve me because of where I was parked. I immediately explained the situation( they stated again wouldn’t serve me due to where I was parked. I was pretty upset and expressed it and they did not care what so ever. We have reached out to the owner of Subway and still no response this was 3 months ago.
Completely horrible. Normally when we stop by there. The service is spectacular. But not now the pictures speak for themselves. The spicy Italian supposed to be in double meat and the oven roasted chicken wasn't cooked first then heated with the bread and cheese like it's always been done. It was just heated.
Workers tonight (3/5/26) were very rude and the food was just thrown together.
My only problem is it says they close at 12 i go by at 10 and half the lights are off and the open sign is off
