Love this Subway. Usually not busy at all so getting a sandwich is quick and easy. The staff is always very nice and personable. No complaints whatsoever. I'll keep coming back for more tasty subs. 😁

I have been to this location numerous times and have ordered the same sandwich, from this location and others, for over ten years. Today I went in and ordered an Italian BMT with turkey instead of ham and was informed that they “typically do not offer substitutions”. When I responded that I have been ordering this sandwich for years, the employee responded that “at this location, we have never offered substitutions”. This is completely incorrect as again, I’ve been to this location for this sandwich at least 20 times, but I simply said okay. He then stated that he would make it for me, but they do not usually offer substitutions. Next, without asking, he put cheese on the sandwich. There's a really attractive woman with blue eyes working there. Makes the best sandwiches. Maybe the best looking person I've seen in my life. Sandwich was crafted skillfully too. Best Subway I've been to.

This was the worst experience ever. The older gentleman behind the counter was rude and inconsiderate. He chose not to speak to me at all never asked about cheese selection...when they pulled my first sub to be dressed no cheese when I asked for mozzarella he was rude and was like that's an upcharge...I wouldn't have asked if I didn't want it...the young lady was the most professional and the young man behind the register you should work on ringing out one patron at a time...To the older gentleman if you don't like your job then find another...Don't be so rude you are causing lose of business for your owner and tips for co-workers this occurred on 6-18-24 and the gentleman had a kamo hat on with subway in orange...
