Subway

Stop in for late lunch take out ..ordered veggie sandwich half and saw someone else’s pizza being made since not on menu boards, decided to prefer for my family member. This unit have driveway ordering !!!

Paid 18$ for a meal. Sat down ate half my sub and took a few sips of my drink. Cup was about 2-3 inches from top of large cup. Before i left i stopped at the machine to add to the cup for the road.(aprox 1/2 cup)(as in measuring cups) lady from subway said to me. "You gotta pay for that refill". I asked "for that little bit i added?" She said "yes". Will never visit this subway again. To call me out like that in front of other customers for such a small amount of lemonade. I left the whole cup. If they are hurting that bad they can add my leftovers to save a buck. Stear clear of here. Stop in Oneonta.

The drive thru speaker was broken. Everything was run down and disgusting.

Stood in line for almost 15 mins while they slowly did an order. Then they decided to ring out the customer together because apparently it takes two. Finally when the one woman was done ringing out she came over to us, but instead of taking our order she proceeded to IGNORE us and take the car that had just pulled up to the drive thru. Left without ordering. Completely unprofessional and rude. No wonder no one is hardly in this store.

Online order placed for a 1 15 pickup was not ready at 1 30 becuase they did not have the bread that was chosen. Understandable but the salads on the order were not made either. Dining room is very dirty, all the tables have leftover food on them.
