Returned to Baking by numbers on November 15 2025 To pickup my herb sourdough bread shaped like a Turkey, she did an amazing job shaping it like a Turkey. I also tried the chocolate chip scones with a cappuccino drizzle. They have a wonderful taste, can't go wrong with chocolate. I also ordered herb sourdough bagels, which had a nice herb taste not overwhelming. Will definitely order them again. Today, July 12th, at the Vestal farmers market. I once again went to the Baking by numbers tent. I got the ham and cheese croissant. What a great tasting sandwich this was. The croissant was flaky with good taste. The idea of ham and cheese inside was a great idea. Another must try from this place. Today was the second time I've been to the store in Owego, NY. Today, I picked up country white

Stop in for a slice of Heaven. Every time I pop in I try to select Just my first and second choice promising myself to come back for my second third and fourth at another time. The trouble is deciding on that first choice. So I always leave with a beautiful assortment to share. This is always the right answer! The owner is a darling And focuses on the tiniest details of everything she presents. Not only does everything look scrumptious and artful, the taste and freshness Goes unmatched. Im heading over this week for my top five choices

Smelled wonderful when you walk in.. cute place. The girl at counter knew her business. Prices,,, different kinds of breads. Croissants... They sell out they are so good. I bought a bread. To take home.. everything in there is delicious 😋

We stopped by at the soft opening of Baking by Numbers. I wanted to share a picture of the beautiful, melt in your mouth brioche we bought, but it was eaten before I could take a picture! The owners are delightful and the bread and pastries we purchased were out of this world delicious! I expect them to do very well here! I should have asked where they got their name. Double check the hours before you drop by. I'll be back, absolutely.

Absolutely fabulous Sourdough bread. I amnlooking forward to sampling other pasties. Wonderful, friendly, delightful people. Worth the drive from Endicott.
