Subway

There was a glitch on the subway app when I made my order and it came to this location, which is the wrong province. The app said the order was received and I called the store immediately to cancel it. The store claimed it was already made even though the app showed it wasn’t in progress yet. They refused to refund me. 15 minutes later it said the order was ready for pick up even though I cancelled it. Won’t ever come to this location if I end up in Osoyoos. Terrible customer service.

This subway is a disgrace to others. I bought a BMT and they were stingy about everything. Vegetables were minimal and they gave me 3 fried onion chips. They put on barely one scoop of avocado on a foot long. The staff looked so depressed and tired. Will not come back.

The employees were personable, quick and make good sandwiches. We asked for a gross amount of pickles and they obliged lol. Also very trustworthy. We left a wallet full of cash behind and they put it behind the counter immediately, and when we went to ask for it were asked to identify ourselves first and they did not take a cent.

Well for any Americans thinking of coming to osoyoos..don't go on the weekends or make sure u have canadian cash..couldnt believe for a town so close to the US this business doesn't give u exchange on American money..hope the employees enjoy the 8 dollar tip I had choice but to leave as I gave them an American 20 and got change back for a canadian 20 a difference of 6 -7 dollars...sorry service wasn't that good ..very impolite to force a guest to Tip you..shame on you ...I have worked customer service for 30 years and never have I ever said sorry we don't honour the exchange rate .as far as I am concerned that is theft!!! Hope the rest of the businesses here aren't like that??

Had a great experience at this Subway! The staff was incredibly friendly and worked together like a family, making the whole atmosphere welcoming. You could tell they really cared about their work. The ingredients were fresh, and everything was prepared just the way I wanted. Definitely one of the best Subway locations I’ve been to!"
