Amazing experience at this ice cream shop! The service from Rajwinder Singh was outstanding. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and made sure we had a great experience from start to finish. He helped us choose flavors and served everything with a big smile. The ice cream was delicious, and the customer service made it even better. Literally the best ice cream they made for us . Me and my friends were going to Banff and we passed through this shop and get in there. But we didn’t know that this shop gonna become our favourite shop for ice cream. Special thanks to Ekam who guided us for choosing the flavours and providing us the best customer service. Hopefully we gonna visit agian to this shop. Till the time enjoy the view and flavours from this shop.

The staff is absolutely amazing and the raspberry sorbet and waffle cone was greatly enjoyed by my ten year old daughter who has a dairy and egg allergy. She gives this place a million stars and highly recommends it to all ice cream lovers (even those who are vegan and/or gluten free)

We stopped here for ice cream after dinner. Staff here are friendly and allowed my kids to try the different flavors until they found the one that they liked best. Scoops are big. You cannot complain about the amount. My kids actually couldn't finish their ice cream. The 10s game was neat. Obviously, none of us hit the buzzer, but one of the kiddos sure was close!

The ice cream is fantastic as are the waffle cones. Crunchy to the end! Turns out we had parked in front of the Kelowna location when we were in town but didn't stop in, super glad we did at this stop. Can't wait to make it back and get cones with other flavors!
