If I could I would give negative 5 stars. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Subway in Osage beach by Walgreens. They have new owners that are extremely rude and don’t know what they are doing. Their bread and all meat and other things are clearly not fresh. 2 out of 3 of my sandwich’s had mold on them. The soda was very watered down. I called asking for a refund and they hung up on me multiple times. They would call me back saying my order is ready. When I would tell them no it’s not and I just called bc my sandwich’s have mold they would hang up on me. Then call again saying my order was ready. Do not go here unless you want to get sick!! They obviously have no experience and bought the place trying to make some money. Which they should be shut down!! Multiple people I know have also had similar experi

Both employees treated me extremely rude when I was trying to ask about gluten free options for my daughter. Neither employee could understand anything I said, other than simple greetings or ordering directly from the menu. Both employees mumbled under their breath to each other in my presence and were visibly annoyed as well as raised their voices at me. Also the pickles and lettuce were rotten. I love Subway and frequent it, but I will not go here if this happens again.

I've had nothing but quick and friendly service and delicious sandwiches from this shop since the transfer of ownership! Very pleased and I will continue patronizing them.

The food was made promptly, the staff (Tanvi and Ankit) were extremely nice, and the subways tasted good. So, everything you can ask for at a subway was present.

Every time I order online something is always missing, this time I'm missing two of the cookies that I paid for an upcharge for on my order and they have no way to report that online. You get stuck with a stupid bot that refuses to connect you to a person because you don't even have the option to try and connect to a person. You can't report anything missing online because neither the app nor the website will let you do it therefore you are out the money you paid for the up charge or just the item in general. This happens every time I order from this place whether it be a missing item or bad quality ingredients. This will be my last order here cuz I'm tired of this.
