Subway

The staff is great but the computer system needs work. I've been there multiple times and absolutely love the awesomeness of the staff, but each time something always happens with the computer system. The staff do their best to get it up and running but it's so slow. I'll still continue to go because I enjoy the promptness, professionalism, and courtesy of service.

I ordered online thinking this will be more convenient. I was very wrong. My order was supposed to be ready walked in all the employees were in the back (there were 3). So anyways they finally come out and guess what they never made it. So ordering ahead was such a waste of time. Their toasters were broken and even though it's not a big deal the employees couldn't problem solve and use a microwave to warm up meat. When they were finally don't a rude kid just put it on the counter and walked away. Lastly, what is the point of picking drinks and chips online when they are out of stock and I have to get them anyways. Just an overall annoying experience.

Was one of 2 customers in store, started ordering when it was just me in store. Both ladies old and rude, very miserable. Seemed very impatient with me even though I gave automatic responses. Makes me wonder if it was racial since white lady behind me was treated nicely and talked to sweetly. Very bad first impression, wouldn't recommend you come, especially if you're colored.

I think this was the worst experience at Subway I've ever had. There 2 young girls working and upon my arrival, I received no greeting or acknowledgement. Server 227 was rude and had to be told to put missing ingredients into the already set sandwich (The Beast). No customer service and attitude problem with Server 227 out of 82 Gate Road in North Kingston, RI.

The old woman with the grey hair who works here is honestly one of the most miserable women that I have ever met. Went in to order a sandwich on 8/28/20 and unfortunately I got her. Did not smile once or show any ounce of happiness. Not sure why she works here if she’s so miserable. The other two employees were super friendly to everyone but this lady just seems like a miserable witch.
