Subway

Who would guess best customer service I've had a 6 months was at a random subway store. Genuinely nice people. Food was good establishments was very clean. Wish them much success always.

The staff behind the counter today were very frustrated. It seemed like they didn't want to be there. Then they rang me up for the wrong thing which I didn't notice til after I paid. They had no provolone cheese. I have been here atleast 20 times with no issues but after today I will definitely not be back here ever again. Stay away if u want good service. If the owner sees this and wants to reach out to me, feel free. The service we got today was by far ridiculous. Thanks.

Food everywhere it was disgusting. Noticed some veggies were withered and gross. Not something that can be served. When in today and the staff were very slow after waiting a very long time they noticed they left my sub I. The oven and didn't know who put it in including the girl who actually did put it in the oven forgot she did it herself. They said they will remake it for me but by that time my lunch break would be over in a couple minutes. So I had to leave there with no food and had to go back work hungry. I noticed another time the lett9ce was so withered it was see through and brow., I asked the server if they had fresh lettuce if not that's fine I'll get without. He walked off annoyed came back with fresh lettuce and said to me in with a rude attitude "is that better?" That was n

Its not the employee fault but today 12/13 she's the only here making sandwiches and register. Thats unrealistic to run a restaurant. Someone needs to go in and help her now. There's a line out the door!!!

Got a 6’’ sub roast beef at New Oxford Pa store! Worst I never had with a tiny bit of beef ! I even said something and she just ignored it !!
