Higinbotham's Bed and Breakfast and Tea Room

Words cant describe the lovely experience we (16) had today. Craig was the ultimate butler/server from way back when. We were treated like royalty. Hard to figure out how MaryJo delivered a five course tea service with such a variety of scones, soup, salad, finger delicacies and dessert. Five Christmas themed teas to accompany. |The atmosphere was a step back in time into a classically restored home in which we were made to feel so comfortable. It was impressive!

I meet my PA family here for tea and we love it. We've been doing this for years. They are willing to handle my no onion allergy which is a real blessing!

Absolutely LOVE it here! My cousin just had her bridal shower here today and I fell in love! Gorgeous rooms, amazing food and teas! I tried the Markle Sparkle and Fig and Lavender tea and loved them! All the finger foods, salad, soup, and deserts were wonderful! All made fresh. I died and went to Heaven when the tomato soup came out. Best I ever had! The staff and owner were amazing! So friendly and kind. They really made us feel so welcome! And the popchies were so adorable! Lillie, Penny and Duncan are such a delight! Thank you for an amazing time! We will be back again. And again!

Lovely tearoom with delicious food and impeccable service. Plenty of street parking and easy access. Reasonable prices. We went for tea, but is available for parties etc. Food allergies were no problem. Served at a leisurely pace which was quite pleasant. Reservations required. No longer a B&B, tearoom only.

Best tea room around. Staff very welcoming and friendly Food was beyond the top, tea was amazing. Best part was seeing the golden doodle 😍 Will be back again! Prices very reasonable
