Subway

Last time I will ever go to this location. I asked for a wrap with the meat toasted, the girl put it in the microwave for maybe 5 seconds then took it out and put in on my wrap. I also asked for it not to be cut, she managed to cut about halfway through it and when I went to go eat it, it made a mess everywhere in my car. The chicken was still just as cold as it would've been just coming out of the fridge. These are no sandwich artists, they are fast-food workers that deserve to work at McDonald's

We went for lunch after church. It wasn't crowded, but there was a steady stream of customers. There was 1 employee. By the time we left, Italian was the only bread choice. They had no tomatoes and no pickles when we placed our order. My son ended up with a hair in his sandwich.

I call to have a plater made. They told me I could order it but they need 24 hrs notice. I said its 5 sandwiches. Yes, we can make them for you but we will wrap them in paper, or you can order it on-line. This was all after they had to call the manager. I explained it was for a grieving family and I needed it today. She decided to have her manager call me and never took a name or phone number but instead hung up.

Young girl was very rude, had a attitude, started fixing my sandwich and stopped to fix someone elses that came in..had my heated sandwich wrapped and ready to go but still made me wait and ignored me, me and the customer behind me looked at each other and shook our heads, i was being totally ignorned, she would move down to the item and just stand there waiting for me to tell her what i wanted on the sandwich. I walked out after she totally ignored me.I sent this complaint in to the subway complaint line and never heard anything back so i wont be going there anymore

Tried to order 3 sandwiches this morning. She asked in her most grumpy voice how can I help you and proceeded to throw pans and cutting boards around. Acted as if I was a nuisance, so I left. Worst customer service I have ever received - and still hungry!
