Casey's

I come here at least once a week for fuel and lunch. A couple of weeks ago, the kitchen person called off, so someone was covering for them. There was little to no food in the warmer. I waited over 20 minutes for something that shouldn't have taken more than 10. They ran it through the oven twice when it was something that should have only been run through once. I decided not to go in for lunch last week but still got fuel. Today, I decided to go in to grab lunch. I found out their kitchen person called off again, so they were busy fulfilling orders. I asked the lady in the kitchen about something, and she was rude, exclaiming that it's not even 11am yet. It was like 10:40. I get that your short handed, but that's no reason to be rude to someone when they were being kind and respectful. I

Garbage PILED in every can outside. One employee SMOKING a cigarette standing outside next to a fuel pump talking to somebody who is pumping fuel... standing directly in front of the sign warning not to smoke at the pumps. This place is so bad.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Online orders always late. Food is under-cooked. Warmers never stocked and when they are, the food is soggy because it's been in there for hours. Employees are not trained properly and management wonders why they can't find anyone to work there. The place needs a complete overhaul from top to bottom and it starts with the manager. I bet the Occupational Safety and Health Administration would discover more issues. Keep yourself happy and stay away from Casey's in Mount Pulaski.

Diesel pump nozzles and handle's are filthy. And of course they never have or attempt to have paper towels at the pump. Usually at least one employee will have an attitude. Here we go again! 5/2/25 tried to order crispy chicken sandwich but they were out. I don't know if this was something to do with the Bird flu or someone just not paying attention to the inventory. Anyway we ordered spicy chicken instead. Also ordered bread sticks and a pizza. After waiting over an hour for the order they forgot the pizza! Had to wait another 20 minutes. Got home and the pizza was under cooked and doughy. So we had to cook it. They didn't put hardly any sauce or toppings on it. Most Casey's would have given you a free drink or bread sticks or even the pizza. This place not even a sorry, just a hurry up

Lucky if they are open by 9 or 10 am and close hours before the posted hours absolutely worthless
