Subway

Hi I would like to report one of your workers I feel every time I come in she attends with a bad attitude, she’s rolling her eyes and throwing stuff, the costumer service isn’t great and she takes long to attend me. The workers name I believe is Angelica. I really enjoy coming to this subway as it is convenient and close to home so I hope that the costumer service can better.

I'm trying to order online via Subway app at 9:30am, so I can get my $2 off coupon but this location never accepts online orders.

Stir away from this place. Serving old bread and zero customer service. Visited on the half marathon weekend, where someone can expect the service to be stellar with all the tourists visting. The side was door wide open.

The service was absolutely horrible, the lady working was very bitter from the beginning, from making me feel stupid about my order to telling me we can’t customize our sandwiches? I thought that was what subways was all about? Aside from being rude to us, she was rude to her coworker in front of us as well, the kid stayed quiet after she disrespected him in front of us. As someone who works in customer service, she should not be working there. I don’t write reviews but I had to because it was just so bad. I have never left a place so annoyed and we were only there for about maybe 15 minutes!

The old lady with the elephant necklace was so rude. And after reading the reviews (too late), customers have complained about her numerous of times. We were extremely disrespected by her. Rude from the get-go. Apparently we offended her by walking in. This place has 0 customers which was the first red flag. Terrible employee with a HORRIBLE attitude. She must hate her life :( will be praying for her. She really makes this Subway location look terrible. And to top it off, the food isn’t fresh. 0 stars if I could.
