My subs have been so great lately! Fresh and tasty. Excellent customer service!

To the new owners of this location. The minute you took over this restaurant, quality went down the toilet. Unsanitary and stingy. Absolutely never visiting this location again. Today 4-24-25 I witnessed a new employee with a beard count money out of his pocket, then return the money to his pocket wearing food prep gloves and proceeded to put toppings on a sandwich using the same gloves he counted the money with. Thinking about calling the health inspector on this location today.

New owners took over they never have the selection of drinks available they use to have, the quality of the subs dramatically fell, it use to be a very well run and maintained subway with great people and quality subs but its total garbage now i live down the street and it was great to have them available now we make sure if we are stopping on the way home its somewhere else

We were greeted as we walked in the door about 2 hours prior to closing time with a warm hello from the young man coming from the back area of the store. The 2 female employees were cleaning out some of the beverage machines and though the one was clearly getting off work she seemed annoyed that we entered as they were doing pre-close duties. Maybe I misread the rolling eyes but my restaurant experience tells me I was spot on. They were out of my favorite bread, honey oat, but I tried the Italian herb and cheese and it was pretty darn great. I hadn't been to subway in a couple years and it seems like the condiments and toppings selections have taken a turn for the worse. Went there tonight to get two wraps, same kind I had earlier today at a different location, that I had ordered through the app. Pickup was quick, but got home with the order to realize that the wrap wasn't properly sealed and all the toppings fell out. The wrap was also greasy, as was the paper it was in. Very, very disappointed. From now on, I will just drive a little further to get good quality food & ingredients. Update: (Subtracted a star) Ordered with the app and had an issue where the store didn't receive my order yet took my money. The one worker seemed like she wanted to help, but the manager obviously did not want to investigate the issue. Spent $50 & literally recieved nothing, they also don't have a corporate number. What a joke.
