Lake Anna Chef is hands‑down my favorite pastry spot. Not only are they the best in Lake Anna, VA — they’re the best in the entire state. Their selection of fresh, delightful breads is incredible, and their pastries and cakes are always top‑tier. Every order I’ve placed has been quick, friendly, and made with love. The owners are humble, hardworking, and always willing to help. Truly a gem in our community.

Everything I’ve had from Lake Anna Chef has been incredibly delicious! We normally shop their stand at the Mineral Farmers Market, but we also ordered cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday party and they were SO good! Every single one of our party guests complimented the cupcakes and wanted to know where they were from. Thank you Lake Anna Chef for making my daughters birthday extra special!

My daughter wanted Texas Sheet Cake and lemon bars for the dessert at her wedding. I reached out to LakeAnnaChef and Daniel, the owner, said he could make those for us even though they are not something he traditionally makes. He made a test batch for us to try. Both were fantastic. Daniel helped me determine how much I needed. The cakes were nicely packaged for transporting to our wedding site. The desserts were loved by all! We had enough leftover to serve at a picnic we hosted the day after the wedding. I can’t recommend LakeAnnaChef enough!

Lake Anna Chef is such a gem! This young family pours so much heart into their roadside stand, and it shows in every bite. Their sourdough is hands-down the best I’ve had—perfect crust, amazing flavor—and the pastries are absolutely incredible. The rotating treats like scones and croissants are always fresh, creative, and delicious. If you’re anywhere near Lake Anna, do yourself a favor and stop by. Supporting them feels good, and the food is truly next-level!

Our family loves this road side stand. We stop every week and buy sourdough breads, cookies, brownies, etc. I special ordered pecan bars, pies and rolls for Thanksgiving and Christmas and they were delicious! Stop by their stand and see how easy it is to use their self service - you will not be disappointed!
