Subway

I went to this subway today I am visiting Massunuten. The workers name was Kethen i think. He needs to be taught under management again because it was the most rude and horrible customer service i have ever experienced! He was throwing around the food slamming doors. Sliding all the covers for the foods everywhere. Slamming his fingers on the computer. Absolutely horrible. I have worked in customer service before and i would NEVER act the way he did.

A pretty standard subway. Almost no one there on a weekday at 17:00. Conveniently located just east of Harrisonburg on the way to Charlottesville. Could use a little maintenance in the bathroom, but everything worked and it was fairly clean. Food was good, no problems.

Placed an online order for 2 foot long steak and cheese subs. Online did say the toaster was down but I didn't expect to get cold subs. I was told unless I put heat the meat in the special instructions part of check out you get it cold. The "assistant manager" was rude and just kept repeating she was told this was the way it had to done. I asked how did they expect me to heat it up with the mayonnaise and toppings on it and again she said that's what she was told and there was nothing she could do. Me and another customer that was having the same problem asked for the managers number or someone other than her to speak with and she said it is against the law to give that information out. I live close to this subway but will be driving to another in the future, it has really fell off this la
