When you walk up to order they do not say hello how are you? Or Hi what can I get you? They just stare blankly at you until you say what you want. Its the most depressing service here every time.

Absolutely horrible experience here for the second time now! Everyone makes mistakes, but WOW I will never be back here again. Horrible etiquette is what did it for me. I called to let them know when I got home my bacon is absolutely RAW and my toasted sandwich is ice COLD. It was a pick up order and for reference I am only 2 minutes away from this place. So it was never properly toasted to begin with. They tossed a bunch of random vegetables on both of our sandwiches and when we called them they wouldn’t do a thing to rectify this. Two young male employees have zero morals and with ethic. I accidentally left my debit card and called as soon as I realized it. Maurepas High Students charged things to my card. I would never as an employee. That’s just wrong

I’ve only been here maybe three times in a year, and each time it’s an absolute horrible experience, the employees are always very, VERY rude…. My partner wanted a chicken salad sandwich, and the worker literally put some chicken then squeezed a bunch of mayonnaise on top!! Like what? He said , yeah I don’t want that, and ordered something else. Don’t go here.
