Very friendly staff!! The best Subway I’ve ever been to

Ordered a Phillies cheesesteak… The meat was grind up roast beef with obviously a little water added into it and it could’ve been put on the bread with an ice cream scoop. It was so pate like the chicken one we ordered was the same thing look like it had put in a blender and then spread on the sandwich… Our restaurants in Marion are very important to us… We don’t want to see one fail, but obviously, they are losing a lot of money on meat and are trying to come up with a better way to stretch the profit and losses… This is not the way to do it… Meat needs to look like slices of meat not chub… The young lady that waited on us was great. I would just worry that the older people are not coming in for sandwiches that look like they’re filled with potted meat… Maybe take this into consideration

I order a lot here for my family. We have decided that we won’t do that anymore. Our last 3 orders have been incorrect even when describing in the comments. Then tonight, $50 worth, get home, and half of it is missing. My husband goes back gets what was missing, come back home, sit down to eat and our sandwiches are wrong.

Just ordered a sandwich and a Churro from here. I called to complain and the girl told me it was my fault the Churro was rock hard, that I should have ate as soon as I picked it up. I tried to talk further with her but she got snippy and decided I would just write a review for there and never go back.

Honestly 2 stars is being nice. The store was dirty. The staff was very rude and seemed like they didn't even know how to ring up properly. None of the staff were wearing masks. Was hoping the food would be the saving grace, sadly i was mistaken. Bread seemed stale and crusty in ways you dont want your bread to be crusty. The meat just had a slight "off" taste. It definitely didn't taste like fresh turkey. Adding everything together i figured it was safer to throw my food away than risk getting sick. All in all. I wont go back. Good luck if you do!
