Subway

I know prices of everything have gone up, but if you order a roast beef sub, I would expect more than literally one slice of meat on the sandwich. I hardly ever leave reviews, but it is doubtful I'll be back to Subway

I ordered on the app and when I went to go eat the sandwich there wasn’t extra toppings like I asked, and the flatbread was not toasted. They told me they couldn’t give me a refund because the food was already made and when I asked why the flatbread wasn’t toasted they said I had to request it. There is no option to toast it on the app I told them and they wanted to argue with me. And then when I said I wasn’t coming back they just laughed and said okay doesn’t bother us!

They are open here until 9:00 every night, including Sundays, which is nice when other Subways close earlier. Service was so-so, as my family of 6 came after 8 pm on a Sunday. Food was made quick, but workers seemed annoyed and responses to us were short-no smiles either. Store was modern, clean, and stocked.

I work in the area and have been ordering the same thing repeatedly from this location through the mobile app. Because I have it saved, every time I come to this location, it's somewhat normal for the employees to have nasty attitudes, but they've never taken it out on my food. This particular day, I picked up my order, which was made sloppily. I know I asked for extra sauce, but "extra" is one or two lines, not the entire bottle squeezed onto my sandwich. It is a nice and clean restaurant but I refuse to sit down and eat my food there because of the atmosphere that the employees provide.

Consistently good/fresh but the service and atmosphere is mid. Don't take all the coupons.
