The food was good, the service was good, the cleanliness was poor. I spent $19 There wasn’t a single table that was clean. I had to grab some napkins and wipe the table myself. Dining in a place that isn’t clean does make me wonder about sanitary practices in general. I saw a mother grab a spray bottle and napkins to wipe a table so she could enjoy a meal with her son. Please improve on this or be transparent with your expectations. Are we supposed to clean our table if we want to sit and dine or is this the responsibility of whoever is working? Thank you!

I love Cava so much everything I had is soo flavorful! I have to say everyone that worked there were very helpful and knowledge my friend and I. It was very clean also I bought my kids kids meal and their rice was really hard.: mine wasn’t so I’m confused on how come they had hard rice. Other than that little mishap it was delicious!

The food was incredibly fresh and flavorful — everything tasted high-quality and well-prepared. The bowls are my favorite here! A special shoutout to Olivia, who was so kind and welcoming! She went above and beyond to make sure my order was exactly how I wanted it and did it all with such a genuine smile. Her positive attitude made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for great food and even better service!

I've never seen so many employees looking busy but in actuality doing nothing, getting paid to do the least amount of work. Chewing food at the counter. Took 5 minutes to get pita chips and a side of crazy feta and no one was in front of me. Seems the norm for this store. Yikes. Do better.
