I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS SUBWAY EVER AGAIN. I did an online order to the Malvern subway, when I meant to make it at the Arkadelphia subway. So I called to cancel my order and they said the sandwich was already made so I can’t get a refund!!? I explained to them that I am in arkadelphia and can not drive to Malvern to get the sandwich and they said it was their “new policy”! I sent my husband up there to grab the sandwich and told them that we will not be back ever again because of this. The manager was not there for my husband to speak with them and they said he won’t be there for the whole day. 0 STARS!! TERRIBLE SERVICE! TERRIBLE PEOPLE!! RUDE PEOPLE!!
I had an amazing experience at Malvern Ar. Subway on Monday Sept.22!! The place was immaculate , the meats and veggies were all fresh and filled and the 2 employees were polite and respectful! Josh and Madison keep up the good work! Very proud of you!
One of the most disgusting Subways I’ve ever been to. All the employees were brand new and didn’t know the types of breads or how to make sandwiches. Clearly no training provided . But the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting and are not cleaned regularly or at all. The floors of the dining room are equally disgusting.
Those of us in the medical field would appreciate the ASAP option. I’ll just go to sonic instead :(
Women bathroom door lock doesn't properly work. Bathroom was filthy. Workers were kinda friendly with potential for providing better service.
