They didnt deliver the flowers on valentines day!!! Will never use again. Unbelievable! Worst flower place ive ever used.

I ordered two plants for a funeral from Malvern Florists (from their website) and was extremely disappointed. These plants were supposed to be the Deluxe plant for $70+deliver+tax+service charge and they look like a $35 plant. I believe they never expected me to see what was delivered and they took advantage of an online order. I will never order from this florist again and I highly recommend that you go into their store and pick out what you want instead of letting them pick and send something of lesser value than what you pay for. They finally offered me a credit of $10 but what I would have preferred would have been that they send a plant of value.

3.75 -We ordered a birthday flower arrangement for a loved one. The arrangement was beautiful. The size was great! My concern was the quality flowers that were used compared to the cost. I didn’t consider it a good value because I normally get a few more feature flowers and fewer fillers at the price point of the arrangement we ordered. Although I thought the price was high for the arrangement, the skill of florist is undeniable.

Beautiful flowers and arrangements. Friendly and compassionate staff that made our selection of the casket spray for our father's funeral easy! The arrangement turned out absolutely gorgeous and it looked perfect for the service.
