Subway

Subway is not one of my favorite sub shops, but this service plaza had limited options, so we decided to eat here. There was one server and a sizeable line, so it took a while to get our food. Our server was perhaps not the fastest worker, but she was visibly trying to do a good job, and seemed pleasant. The food was pretty good as well.

Employee had an attitude, made me close the sandwich, didn’t ask if I wanted to heat up the sandwich, and didn’t even cut the sandwich in half when I asked to cut it. Worst service. Food was super disappointing for the sandwich.

Actually the worst subway I’ve ever been to and that says a lot they use reused bread and the food just looks gross and will charge $15 for a sandwich that is made poorly

The food server has too much attitude, didn’t feel comfortable ordering food in this place. She didn’t put any effort to help me with my food choice, vegetarian options. She has 0 sense of customer service

Nice place, the staff has a poor customer service, at least the one who served me. I ordered a Tuna sandwich, and I asked for a simple thing which was to wash the knife that was used to cut a meat sandwich for the prior customer. The staffer didn't like that and started mumbling like if I asked for a free sub or something. Not recommended.
