Subway

Keep driving. Hold your hunger. We get subway on almost every family road trip but this was the slowest fast food I've ever had. We waited over 30 minutes for 4 subs. They had 3 employees but only one slowly making subs for the very long line. One was slowly baking bread in the middle of the lunch rush. They had an employee on her first day waiting at the cash register until someone checks out (which was not often), so she was doing nothing most of the time. Why not ask her to go find and refill the ingredients you are running out of? Why not show her how to cut a sub in two, or roll it in a piece of paper. So, we stopped after church last Sunday night. It was an hour and a half before they were to close. I ordered 3 ft long subs. Everything was moving along ok until she started with the veggies. I had to ask for more lettuce 3 times. You see, she didn't want to open another bag of lettuce and never did give me enough lettuce on any of the subs. Is there a shortage of lettuce??

Ordered an ultimate bmt, the way it comes as listed on their menu, with everything on it. the girl making the sandwich didn’t add all the things on it, so when i asked her to add the remaining items, i was charged extra. she told me she had already put the missing things on it, but she didn’t. she proceeded to tell me she was confused on why i asked for more when she didn’t do it right in the first place. I was also charged for “extra ham” which i didn’t even ask for. place & service is a joke.

How can you not just love a Subway jammed into the back of a gas station? Food was good - typical Subway - but the location and service left much for improvement. The store was located at the back of a gas station convenience store. It was right next to the bathrooms (that were not well maintained) so the lines for each created a jam. One of the people behind the counter didn't seem to know what she was doing so the other person was doing most of the work. This eased when a 3rd person arrived behind the counter.

The women's bathroom was extremely disgusting. The one toilet looked like it was backed up for months. The first stall was out of order. The second stall was straight down nasty, there was blood all over the toilet, the trash can, and even on the floor. The toilet leaks from the bottom. I literally had to clean the toilet before even using, I hovered it due to not trusting even sitting on there after. I've seen some nasty toilets, but that is by far the worst. How can the workers not periodically go in there and clean it. It looked like it hasn't been cleaned in months.
