Subway

I recently visited the Subway located at 17171 Bothell Way NE Suite A002 in Lake Forest Park, and I must say, the experience was quite unique and enjoyable and a stark reminder that you’re never too old or educated to be reminded of the struggles of small business owners in America. One notable aspect of this particular Subway is their policy on coupons. Unlike other locations, they do not accept any kind of coupons, including those from Safeway. This policy was clearly indicated by a sign, which I hadn't noticed at first. After being informed by one of the sandwich makers, I decided to visit another Subway. I was very disappointed in the knowledge of the employee when it came to the subway app and Any footlong for 6.99. The lady was not willing to allow me to make changes to my order while she haven't even made it yet.Then she said I could cancel the order but had no knowledge of how to cancel the order through the app. Then when I asked to speak to a manager she said she was going to call the police on me for giving her a hard time. I am very disappointed and offended by this type of customer service and really think it was totally understand necessary. I would not recommend going to this location if you want to use the app.

The food was edible, but they didn't include the chips we ordered, one sandwich had cheese (and shouldn't have), and they're not going to win a spelling bee anytime soon....

This subway has no stylus on their cc machine so it won’t allow me to press the tip amount, after watching me place cash in the tip jar, the worker then took her stylus and tipped herself $7 after I asked her to hit $0 on the machine. I asked for extra ingredients on my sandwich which I was more than willing to pay for, and after informing me she’ll charge me for it, did not even give me the correct amount. I asked for double meatballs, she gave me two extra and charged me for the full extra amount. When I mentioned it to the worker that A) I did not get the extra, and B) she chose her own tip, she blamed me saying I shouldn’t have been “monkeying” with it, though I hadn’t yet touched the machine. The restaurant is clean and looks nice, but out of the many times I've visited, I've only had good service a few times (depends on the worker really). On top of this, this Subway is privately owned and the owner is VERY cheap. Most coupons aren't accepted, you usually get less meat compared to other Subways, and they will charge you extra any chance they get.
