Brileys BBQ and Grill

We were blown away by how good everything was. Brisket, ribs, catfish were all outstanding mains. The hush puppies had just the right amount of sweetness to not need honey as a crutch. I'm normally a purist when it comes to chili, but the chunky onions and tomatoes worked well. The service was more attentive than most casual open seating restaurants and tried to warn us about how much food we were ordering.

Excellent atmosphere, good food, but hands down the "RIBS" are the best entree on the menu! The sides were all really good, but the fries were a bit too salty! Honestly not to much to really complain about, but the above about the food is all my opinion. You have to experience this place for yourself to decide what you think?

I have always loved Briley’s! Their food is really good and portions are also pretty big. The service staff is always kind. There is also a nice view of the lake which is pretty rare for this kind of restaurant.

Great BBQ, excellent service and professional staff. There were five of us. We had a pound each of: lean brisket, pulled pork, pulled chicken. We also had sides: BBQ beans*, dirty rice*, brisket chili, Mac & Cheese*, slaw, cornbread*. *Best sides Meats were done perfectly with good smoke, moist and tender but not falling appart. Good bark on the pork and brisket. BBQ is spendy nowadays. Brileys is worth it, at least on this visit. Tables and dining area were clean and had a great vibe. Big screens for sports and a Lake WA view out the window. Definitely worth a visit if you're into smoke meats.

Really good bbq joint. The service is outstanding and it’s my families go to pit. I love the balance of various woods used. I forgot the exact ones used but I believe cedar and possibly cherry. I could be wrong. The flavors really seep through the brisket and ribs and they fall off the bone. I love the sides and the greens with pork are my go to. Everything is delicious and I appreciate that it’s the owners unique style. 5 stars
