Subway

The workers are very rude and have a weird hatred for coupons. My boyfriend used a coupon and they said it can only be used for an online order. My boyfriend places the order at the wrong store and we try to resolve the issue. When we couldn’t we told the lady never mind and then said “I’ll give you it this time but no more coupons “. Then my boyfriend explains to her that he wants to cancel because he purchased at the wrong store. She cuts him off and starts yelling at him like he’s a child that he shouldn’t use coupons and waste their time, and yelled until we left out the door. Mistakes happen and they don’t know basic human decency, so I’ll never spend my money over there.

Literally not a very nice location. Clean enough but staff isn't at all friendly. I feel more like an inconvenience than a valued customer any time I go. No one has ever greeted me, thanked me, or any niceties. Seem very annoyed with customers using coupons or gift cards. Close location yet not for me.

The worst subway I’ve ordered from. I asked for Italian Herbs & Cheese bread for BOTH of my subs, instead I was given what they wanted me to have. They made one sub on white bread, and the other on wheat. For them to make my sandwiches any way they wanted without asking me is unacceptable. I could have had a wheat allergy, and here they are making one sandwich with wheat. I also asked for Lay’s Chips and Jalapeño Chips, I was give cool ranch Doritos, and no other bag to replace the Lay’s. Then they had the nerve to leave the bag of cookies open along with the entire bag being left opened when someone was delivering my food. ANYTHING COULD HAVE HAPPENED TO MY FOOD ON ITS WAY HERE! I am extremely dissatisfied and if I could give 0 stars I would. I truly hate this subway specifically because

I asked for flatbread. This my third time with them. Never again smh
