Hue Cafe and Deli

I went over to the cafe deli and grab some bread and dessert. Came over here to try their food. I ordered the bun Bo hue and was pleasant surprised. It almost had everything to make the dish. The broth was exactly why I had in mind. They had the shrimp paste, the herbs, and meat…but no blood cubes 😆. They also had the right chili available to eat this dish!! ❤️

If you want authentic Viet food, come and get their pho or bun bo hue. I got their pho bo special and mi wonton. Super delicious and flavorful. Taste just like back home.

Specialty in authentic, flavorful and one of a kind vietnamese cuisine! They work really hard to capture the authentic flavor and ingredients. They even make their own in house cha lua (pork roll) used in their bun bo hue. Their bun bo hue is so delicious due to the fact the owner is actually from the Hue region in Vietnam. Hours are a bit early 9-4 but I can’t complain the quality is so good. This place is a hidden gem!

If you want an authentic bowl of Vietnamese Pho noodles at an affordable price? This is THE PLACE to have it. I had the Pho w/ sliced beef & meatballs and it is better than other Pho joints in ClayCo in my opinion.

Their Stir-Fried Beef Vermicelli is so good! 🤤 Add their Peach Iced Tea 😍 Yummm! I love coming here and always recommend it to anyone that enjoys a deliciously good meal!
