Just Door dashed this place. How do you forget a footlong in the bag? Why are the toppings less than regular servings on the sub? Who has such blatant disregard for the customer and believes they can get away with things of this nature? This subway, if you want subway, I suggest you bypass this one like the PLAGUE and get your sub from the one at midway plantation.

Terrible, white women worker didn't even acknowledge i was there, she got a drink and went back into the back. Once I got my pickup order it wasn't even toasted at all.

Chronically understaffed, limp/wilting vegetables and poor customer service. Quality issues abound (ex: slicing sub bread so unevenly that the bottom half is thin enough to see light through, brown avacado spread). If you order ahead on the app for pickup they will cut corners on your sub, you have to be there to watch them make it if you want a halfway decent meal. One time they told the pickup person the food wasn’t there (it was), I had to call and they “checked again”, yet said nothing about not having the add-on that I paid for. When I called back for a refund for the add-on, the woman said “can you come now?”. I said yes and drove over, to be told “I can give you cookies or chips”…the remainder of this interaction was also full of poor customer service from a worker that clearly didn

I went in tonight to buy two footlongs for 6.99 each which were SUPPOSED to be on a deal, they not only charged me FULL PRICE but didnt even bother to make them as i ordered them. When i opened them up at home, they didnt put any meat, or cheese in them and didnt even use the right bread for the orders. DO NOT GO HERE

I went there for lunch today. When i got there it was really clean and the customer service was great. The manager is really kind and Made the Best Sub ive had. Everything was fresh i would definitely recommend it to everyone to go
