Subway

I love coming to this Subway, I come here frequently enough. As a regular, Eren always knows exactly how to make my sub, down to the preference of grilled chicken over rotisserie. He's quiet, but efficient, able to make 4+ subs for my family pretty quickly. I don't get the feeling that I'm an inconvenience, so that's cool.

We (my wife and I) ordered on the Subway app and it was ready within 10 minutes. We were greeted by two nice gentleman and were readily served. The subs we ordered were on point. I would highly recommend this Subway.

Carrie is amazing. Went in there and ordered my food. However, my card declined. Super embarrassing. But, Carrie told me she’d pay for it and let me have the food. She was super nice about the entire thing. She seriously deserves a raise or something. Thank you Carrie🩷

They were out of the advertised foot long cookie, they only had one foot long pretzel, out of the pizza, and my "italian herbs and cheese" bread was severely lacking in herbs and cheese. (picture attached). The workers were not rude necessarily, but there is a very strong impression that nobody who worked there wanted to actually be there. I have visited this place a small number of times with the hopes it would improve, but it has been a disappointment each time.

I have been a fan of Subway for many many years but this store has changed that. Last week we weren't feeling up to fixing dinner so I decided to order sandwiches delivered. I will not do that again. Apparently if you don't supervise the construction of your sandwich you get whatever they decide to put on. I ordered my usual veggie with cheese and paid extra for smashed avocado. The sandwich I received was missing five of the ingredients I selected including the avocado for which I paid extra. I am including a picture of the sandwich I ended up with, would anyone order this as a meal? I reached out by email and received a standard form email back from the regional manager who assured me the store manager would follow up with me. A full week later I have yet to hear from anyone so I guess
