Subway

July 23, 2023 I went to Subway to order lunch and found the service from the two young ladies working behind the counter to be pleasant and very helpful. I struggle to walk and had to use the walk up steps to reach the side to go in to the sandwich shop. The young lady that was behind the counter saw how much I was trying to walk up the stairs she came and assisted me with the navigating the stairs. I was so grateful to her for helping. She also helped me down the steps so I would not fall. Leslie

My husband and I ordered a sub and a wrap from the Keysville location Subway today. He went to pick them up and when we unwrapped them, the order was not correct! Instead of making me a veggie wrap, they had made a tuna small sub. My husband took the sandwich and the receipt back down to the store and the two women that were there were very rude to him. They started raising their voice and asking him “what kind of sandwich did you order, sir “and kept saying rude remarks to him And treating him like he was the problem. They took the tuna sandwich from him and threw it back behind them on a shelf and did not even apologize or extend any kind of courtesy to make it right. They were totally unprofessional, they were ignorant, and they were disrespectful. My recommendation is to not eat at the

Prices went up $2 to $3 per 6” sandwich. 12.5% sales and Meal Tax, make it a meal went up to over $3 for bag of chips and SMALL DRINK. 2 6” sandwich meals is over $28!!!

I have been calling this restaurant since 9 this morning trying to speak to a manager let alone an associate. Im not sure what’s going on but its 11 now ive called a handful of times and nobody will answer it just rings. Very unprofessional. Mind you I press option 3 which is supposed to take you the online ordering so how is anyone able to call in an order as well if nobody picks up?

It was great, the women messed up my order but when I went up their she was so helpful and gave me another free sub. She was so nice! :) They gave great customer service. And what can I say everyone makes an accident.
