Magnolia Bar & Grille

Stopped in on the way to DC. Looked like a cool little spot. Pictured food online looked fabulous so we decided to give it a try. We ordered the cheese sticks as an appetizer. They came out with packaged marinara and were still cold on the inside. The waitress was super kind and took them back and brought out a fresh batch that were cooked all the way through. Still not the best, but they were edible. We both ordered their ribeye, baked potato, and a side salad. Side salad was wonderful. Although we were confused when the waitress brought out plain mustard for my mother’s dressing. Lol. We exchanged it for ranch. The steaks were similar quality to a backyard grill with mediocre steaks. I really wanted to love this place, but I’m not sure that I’ll stop in again.

Service wasn't great, but they sure were trying. The food was fantastic. Sweet potato fries with cinnamon and caramel sauce....I could have eaten just that!!! Worth the stop. Worth going out of your way for.

We were driving through the area on our way back home and stopped for dinner. Service was great - everyone was so kind. We played pool while we waited for our food. Kids both ate their kids meals 🙌🏼 - I would probably skip the Mac and cheese next time for my daughter. I got the turkey and bacon wrap, which was on the smaller side of wraps I’ve gotten before but it was honestly perfect for me. My husband got the cheesesteak burger, which was huge and he loved it. Fries and onion rings were on point. We don’t drive through this area often but would stop again if we are in the area.

Date night tonight! We were welcomed as we walked in and got to choose our seat. Service was great and the restaurant was really clean and stylish. We ordered the Trio appetizer, Catfish dinner, Grilled shrimp and pecan pie. We really enjoyed our dinner and will definitely return. Update. 4/2023 Tried the ribs today and they really do fall off the bone and are delicious!!

Amazing home cooking and top quality service. Talented chef offering a versatile menu full of favorite options. Family-friendly atmosphere. A gem in the community that provides a multipurpose venue for food, fun, and entertainment. A must visit to add to your dining list!
