Subway Kaysville Utah

I have been here several times since moving to this area. I thought I hated Subway nowadays before I went to this location. The workers here are absolutely lovely humans. All of them are so kind and helpful. You show up before the close on a Sunday? They are not rude and serve you and they are kind about it. The service is enough to keep you going. Then you get the sandwiches and they are made perfectly every time. I've never had a sandwich here that wasn't made perfectly. Everything tastes fresh they never make it too messy that you can't eat it. When you ask for extra toppings you get it. This is honestly the best Subway and I'm glad I moved near it. Thank you!

The sandwiches were still okay, but there were mistakes made in each of them that led to an overall dissappinting meal. One footlong (the one pictured below) was so squished and skinny that I didn't recognize what sandwhich it was at first until I called in. Not to mention that the avocado had smeared all over the outside of the bread. Then taking a closer look, the few vegetables were all clustered in one spot and any peppers we did find elsewhere were paper thin. Another footlong had the wrong bread and another didn't have any of the ordered dressings. When I called in, I was told that the crumpled sandwich was fine and that I was mistaken. She didn't answer to me saying that the other sandwhiches were made wrong so I dont know if they would have remade them or not if I had continued bot

Found a long hair in my food. Then it was cut across so hair was hanging out both sides of the cut. Gross! Call the store got the staff and they referred me to the supervisor. I also left my name and number. No response. Called again. Told they had refunded my money and to watch my account. Watched and waited. Nothing. Called again. Referred to the manager. Said that it had been so long that they would have to process through the credit card company. Told to wait and watch my account it would take 3-4 weeks. Watched my account. I bought a 12-inch roast beef Sub on January 14 at the Kaysville Subway. While the server was putting the vegies on it, I said a little lettuce, she then asked me what If I wanted onions. I said let me tell you what I wanted, I thought that would be better than of her asking me about everything available. It looks like it to me, that she got mad about what I said so when we got to the end, she put about 2 inches more of lettuce and way over did the mustard and mayo and oil and vinegar.
