El Cenote Food Truck

I have been looking for vegetarian options (just meat-free, dairy and eggs is okay) at restaurants, fast food places, and even food trucks. This place has a delicious salad (Ensalada) that has rice and cheese and beans, and you could get it with or without meat. I got it without and it was very satiating! Another vegetarian option would be a quesadilla without meat. I used to get the street tacos here when I used to eat meat, and I usually got the asada or the pollo. Both are absolutely delicious. I would recommend this place for sure! Great food, even for vegetarians, and the people who owned it and run it are super friendly and chill.

I could go on and on about how much I love El Cenote. They have the best quesa birria tacos and empanadas around! I still need to try more from their menu, but everything I have eaten from there is amazing. The quality of the food is so good and the portions are very generous. And, the people are so kind and welcoming. I wish they could park their food trailer in front of my house! If you haven’t tried their food yet, you’re missing out!!

Empandas are stuffed to the max and the tacos are sooo good! ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE GREEN SAUCE

Incredible family owned business making the best street tacos! They value being a family business and treat their customers like family. Highly recommend!! I find them in The Smiths marketplace pharmacy here in Kaysville, Utah. Come check them out on the south east end of the parking lot. You will not regret it.

Delicious, authentic Mexican food prepared fresh when you order. Definitely made the drive from St. George worth it! 😁
