Subway

On line pickup doesn't work. Tried to call to see if order had gone thru. NEVER answered the phone. This place can't be that busy tht they can't answer a call. Especially after 7 attempts. Then they don't take the Subway coupons. The Harrisburg store does and they are just 4 miles down the road. Back to the Harrisburg store from now on.

I moved to JC this year and have been to most restaurants in town. I frequent this location at least once a week - not just because the food is consistent but because they have a very down-to-earth sandwich artist named Taylor who is efficient at what she does, and also super happy to greet her customers. She knows the regulars orders by heart and always makes sure to see how people are doing. I love the sandwiches but keep coming back for how great the customer service is 😊

First off, this location does not honor Subway coupons. The produce looks like it's been sitting out for days. Lettuce was browning. Been out of olives for a while now. You think they go down to cash and carry and pick up a few cans the restaurant could use a deep cleaning.

Nice lady. Please pay attention to the Customer. The one you are waiting on. The one who is telling you what he wants on his sandwich. The one who is paying money for his sandwich. The sandwich you are making. A thank you would be nice.

I ordered two subway sandwiches on the app. The order was for a few hours ahead of time. It was our airport food. There was a 50% off the second foot long sandwich. Our order was ready on time. Sandwiches were made following instructions. Made it very convenient to order and pick up. This Subway is on HWY 99 not too far from the airport.
