Subway

I created an account and ordered online and went to p/u sandwich real quick and get back home to watch Survivor 50. My online order didn't get to them. Ugh! Lilly came to my rescue and kept me calm and helped me get back in to my account and then just took my order there in-store and made my sandwich and got me back on the road home. Food was great! Lilly was great! Thank you.

EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE is always visibly extremely high while working. My sister even had to tell an employee how to use the toaster oven, tell them what sandwiches they just made so they could punch it in at the register and put her own order into the bags at check out all in the same visit.

Every time we order and it's quite often I order extra pickles and I pay extra for that. I have yet to receive extra pickles. One time I didn't even get ANY. tonight my sandwich is SAD it has 2 tomatoes 4 pickles and a flick of lettuce. Do better subway. We pay extra for things. Take time and READ your orders while making them.

I got a email for 40% off a footlong Subway sandwich and this location would not give me this deal. The closest place that took this deal was at least 30 minutes away in Perry Iowa. I shouldn't have to drive to a different Subway 30 minutes away to get a deal that was sent to my email from Subway. The Jefferson Iowa Subway should have honored this deal.

Wow! All I can say is I'm glad I had a coupon and didn't have to pay full price! Ordered tuna salad footlong but the girl made it with chicken salad and only put about 2 TBS of the salad in the sandwich. She wasn't very friendly and acted like it was a bother to wait on people. Won't go back to this Subway for quite sometime!
