Subway Independence

Unfortunately I could not give a higher rating. This location was out of chips and ice tea. Cold cut combo was good and the employee was good, but he was put in a position where he had to tell a customer that they were out of items. Owner/Manager should make certain products are in stock.

Darcie and her team are amazing! Best subway of any subway in the USA! You will NOT find or experience another one like it!!! Annie and Darcie make this location an experience you will not find anywhere else in this world. Literally an out of this world experience! You must experience it to understand and you will find yourself returning again and again because of how you are welcomed and the wonderful feeling you have being at this location. I believe God is working miracles at this store.

Can never pick up your order on time. There is always an excuse. This time it was because there was no cheese on the bread. I placed this order over an hour ago. Im on my lunch break and never get the opportunity to eat my lunch while on break. Update:manager did reach out and I did respond. Apparently they were having staffing issues. And were glad to make it up with me which is considerate. I wish they could have been more forward of the reason to their struggle instead of a list like someone just wasnt doing their job. Very happy with the guest recovery.

I go to independence subway all the time. We are very lucky to have Darcie and her team in our city. The place is clean and the staff is amazing. They are efficient and most of all kind and polite. Thank you for serving our community!!!

If it were possible to give more than 5 stars, I would! In a world where most people don't give 2cents for their fellow peraon, this branch has personable caring people! Food quality is consistently great and it is a pleasure to buy from them!
