Subway

I called at 6:45 on new Year's eve not realizing the store closed at 7pm that night and I had to call 3 times before some person answered the phone! I asked to place an order and the person said no because they close at 7. I said there is still 10 mins till 7 (would of been 15 mins if they would have answered the first time I called) and the person said we already started the shut down process so they wouldn't be taking my order. I asked the person if I walked into the store right now to place an order would u not take my order? The person said and I quote "probably not" I was shocked by this! I asked what their name was and they hung up on me! CLEARLY if u hung up on me without giving me ur name u KNEW u were in the wrong! So I called the Fort Dodge store and the manager there was awesome

I was in tonight. Ordered 2 six inches and a foot long. Never once saw an employee wash their hands. My sandwich is an absolute mess. Nothing was folded into my sandwich correctly everything fell right on out of it. All the pickles were piled up in one spot. Employees weren't welcoming or nice. They tried to put only 3 slices of ham in one of my six inches when a six inch ham should have 6 pieces.

Went in to order my food and the manager Travis purposely made my food incorrectly. Even though I had corrected him multiple times and gotten a response from him about it, he chose to ignore me and not correct it. All I have to say is, I will be going to fort dodges subway from now on. Very disappointed. :/

Most of the time I love subway, however, I stopped at the one in Humboldt and was very disappointed. The tables were dirty. We mentioned that to the staff and they did nothing about it. The floors were filthy. The staff had 10 minutes of down time and sat in the back. A customer came in and stood there waiting for someone to help her. 5 minutes went by before I said loudly"They must all be on break.". They must have heard me because they came up front then. I will continue to eat at subway, but not in Humboldt ever again!
