Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

We were so excited for some chicken strip baskets and the best part is obviously the gravy. We went through the drive up around 7:30ish to pick up our order off the Dairy Queen app. We happily took our food to go back home 20+ minutes away only to find out we ended up with this gross, chunky, and obviously bottom of the pan gravy. Very disappointing. Especially since we paid for extra. If it was closer to closing I would have maybe understood more.

Best ice cream Blizzards I have ever had from a DQ. Haven’t been to a DQ in years as they are generally lackluster in our area, but these were excellent and the staff was very kind. We went through the drive thru. We didn’t try their food, only dessert.

Lost a customer tonight. I had a trailer on my vehicle (knew I couldn’t make it through the drive through) with me and wanted to go inside to get takeout food and the lobby was closed due to short staffing. Hopefully they can get that resolved because I was really wanting to get some DQ for the drive home.

We it was a hot day so we thought we would stop and grab a treat. Fries were great but that was about it. They scraped the bottom of the container to add peanuts to my Sunday so it was all salt. My French fries had less salt on them. Pretty stingy with the whipped cream too a spot about the size of a quarter. Couldn’t find a clean table or bench to sit at and being only the second family in there that’s unacceptable. No wonder the drive through is always busy no good place to sit.

Called ahead to see how late they were open... it's 915. They close at 10. Dining room is closed..nbd but I'm a truck driver and they wouldn't let me get anything and pass it thru the window. What a crock
