Subway

They were quick, made a good sandwich and I didn't even realize the Subway shop was at that location. They will be moving to the new shop by the Walmart market soon (I actually went there first bur the shop isn't ready quite yet! Hopefully, they will get some good signage, if I had known they were in that strip mall, I might have gone there sooner! Good luck when at the new location!

I always come to this location and today’s visit was very upsetting. The workers who was there always help me and are very polite. The problem lies with an older man who was working today was talking down to the employees in front of all the guest suggesting they was stealing and telling them to move and GO HOME! When I asked was he the boss or the owner I was told he was a friend of the owner who is watching the restaurant while the owner was away. Well this rude guy made your honest workers cry and humiliated them in front of several people. I also smelled alcohol from his breathe! This type of behavior is not acceptable and should be taken care of immediately!! The same ladies always helps me and enjoy working there but today my perception changed and I will not be back to this location

The day I went to subway was December 30 and the two guys were there They were rushing on people food and taken all day amd when I got ready to order the man was rushing and slide the paper off my sandwich 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄😡😡😡😡😡 never again

I ordered and paid for two subs online. When I arrived, the store was very busy, which I understood and waited patiently. Only one sub was ready, and I was told to wait without clear communication. The manager, Jessica, was visibly flustered and spoke harshly to staff. When I tried to follow her unclear instructions, she responded with impatience and asked if I "had a problem" based on my expression. Rather than showing leadership and professionalism, her attitude added to the confusion. Unfortunately, her behavior seems to reflect in the overall tone and service of the team. Disappointing experience for a simple pickup order.

I walked in this location one day and seen they were out of oatmeal raisin cookies. I was ask what did I need. I stated oatmeal raisin cookies but they were out. One of the guys said no worries that he could fix me some fresh. That’s a first usually if these stores are out then they are out. I ask how long smiles and said ok. Ever since then I have been walking in asking for them fresh and assuming he’s the owner immediately fixes them without any hesitation whether there is some in the stand or not. This to me is customer service at its finest… They are all ready to serve you as soon as you walk in the door. As far as I seen the ladies have great personalities perfect customer service
