Tried this spot for the first time and I think I’m good… crab Rangoon was mostly cream cheese and the sesame chicken tasted like fish??

I have been a loyal customer of this establishment for years, but tonight's experience was disappointing. After driving home and discovering an error with my order, I contacted them to report the issue. Unfortunately, their response was unprofessional, and they failed to take corrective action or acknowledge my long-standing patronage. When I expressed my intention to take my business elsewhere after years of substantial investment, their response was "THAT'S FINE". Their approach to customer service was particularly disconcerting, given the value I have brought to their business over time. I will not be returning

Very disappointing. I ordered Mongolian beef, which I asked if they had first because it wasn’t on the menu, and the woman taking my order said they did. Not sure what they gave me, but it was definitely not Mongolian beef. Everything tasted a bit stale, kind of cardboard like. The sesame chicken was edible, but not enjoyable like some others I’ve had. Sadly, and it really pains me to say this, I should have just gotten Panda Express. But I’ve been really wanting to find a local Chinese spot. This, is not it.

Undercooked chicken and wrong order. Beyond disappointed I gave this place a shot because I was extremely hungry and my chicken is undercooked mushy and isn’t teriyaki chicken I asked for fried rice with it and just got white with vegetables which is ok I’m more mad at the chicken this place sucks $10 for nasty food

This is a south Augusta treasure! The family is friendly and the food is great! Always freshly made.
