Subway

First and most importantly, the food is good. However, I cant say that for anything else. The employee seemed as if I was pulling hair out just by placing an order. The order was then completed awkwardly slow, and anytime she spoke, it was very quick and aggravated sounding. The store is small, not very welcoming and you wouldn't know it was there unless you've been. But, the food is good, and that's what I'm there for. I'll be back.

Every time I go in during the mornings or afternoons there's only one person working and it takes forever. There's always a massive line and you can tell the worker is so stressed and overwhelmed. The food is fine and the actual service is good (once you can order) but the poor worker needs help.

We live nearby, so we’ve tried to give this location several chances, thinking maybe they were “just having an off night” last time. However, the issues here are clearly chronic. Firstly, the employees always seem miserable and even bothered to see customers show up. It doesn’t matter how friendly you try to be with them, each one we have interacted with just seemed annoyed from the second we walked up to the counter. Secondly, the meats usually look dried out and even gray/spoiled, the veggies are wilted and soggy, and the bread is rock hard. The only redeeming quality of this particular Subway is the unique building and even that is negated by the fact that it looks like they have never swept or mopped the floors. We were drawn to this place because it stood out—it was unlike any other Subway we’d seen before.

Terrible service. The employee, lily, was SO rude to me and my wife. We ordered 2-3 hours before closing and the lobby was closed. We went through the drive thru and she literally kept walking past the window, while looking at us, for 10 minutes. We were the only customer in the parking lot and drive thru. The worst experience ive ever had at any store. She needs to be fired.
