Harris County Health Department

Told me to see an eye, ears nose and throat dr. They said their care was not thorough .. They took kids but not older patients. I think they just didnt want to give me the service. The home page indicated i could get help there but it seemed they wanted just to brush me off. I guess they really had a very heavy load and didn't have time for a senior citizen

The staff is plenty polite, but I have been sitting here for more than an hour waiting on a basic wic appointment to get a card. All they've done is take my ID. The reason for the wait was that the one person working had a new born in the room and it was "taking longer than normal". On top of that, they send 2 people who were waiting away because they weren't gonna be able to get to them today. What is the point of an appointment if they can't keep them? Absolutely unacceptable.

I have had to call 4 times over the past 8 days to figure out why nobody has my test results from a week ago. The women answering the phone at the front desk know absolutely nothing and are of 0 help. I am very close to filing suit against this clinic. Horrible service. Let’s see how many more days until I hear back from the head nurse of this god awful clinic. I now know why people say American health care is a joke. This whole clinic needs to be cleaned out and re-staffed

After being stood up twice with another facility for my kids appointments, I'm thankful for this facility seeing my boys last minute. However, I arrive and they said they can't take a child's height, weight, bp here. This is basic nurse skills. I was told they can give vaccines and etc, but not this. So, I was given a number to Columbus Health Dept. 🤔
