Customer service was disrespectful, but I don’t think the employees were intentionally rude, just simply unaware. Basically good kids who conducted bad business. I don’t hold ill will toward them, but on average bad experience here.

They must be using a different measuring system. The meats are a lower amount. I ordered a steak and cheese foot long. I came in and ordered and am still here eating. 11/21/22 @ 6:10pm. There was a young guy with black hair that was rude to me. He didn’t seem to be putting the right amount of meat on the sandwich. And he barley spread the steak out over the sandwich evenly. I had another sandwich that I had him make. 6 inch Chicken terryaki. He made them both haphazardly. The young girl next to him was working so fast to put the toppings on, I though her hands would fall off. Then I asked twice if the amount of meat on the sandwich was the right amount. She very snippy answered, yes we use two scoops of steak on foot longs. The overall customers service was lacking severely.

I was in the drive thru for nearly 30 minutes. I only had a take out order and they could have easily handed it to me through the window instead of making sandwiches for other customers. Would have took only 5 seconds to do so. Not the workers fault, but more of management. They need to get new management or shut down the drive thru, because clearly they just waste your time and don’t even service the drive thru customers. I feel sorry for the line of cars behind me still ordering, God knows how long they will have to wait.

This was hands down some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only did they get my order completely wrong, but when I called to explain the issue, I was met with nothing but arrogance, condescension, and outright disrespect. Instead of taking responsibility, they manipulated my words, tried to make it seem like I was attempting to scam them, and even laughed in my face. When I tried to call back to resolve the matter, they refused to answer my calls. Their excuse? Pure ignorance, as if not knowing better was some kind of defense. To make things even more absurd, they told me to hold on to the incorrect sandwich until Monday—72 hours from now—when a manager might be able to address the situation.
