Arby's

The food is awesome, they are pretty fast, but the seating is uncomfortable. It got better when I wasn't thinking about it and eating the roast beef sandwich, which is awesome. I also ate it going passed the drive thru, it never disappoints inside or in the drive thru. I prefer this Arby's for the most part.

Love the roast beef sandwiches. The prices are high but the sandwiches are good. Try the curly fries! Also good fish sandwiches when they have them.

The service is pretty decent, but the food just isn’t great. That also depends on what you order. I ordered a turkey bacon ranch, I think, and the bread was so dry that it was crumbling apart. I would assume that this is because it’s not fresh, but who knows it may not be their fault so I’m not gonna give them a lower rating what I already gave hopefully next time is a better experience

DON'T SERVE STALE BREAD!! Oh my gosh- WHY!!?? Paid money for a product, for a quick meal on the go - why would you serve STALE HARD bread!! Just saw a post from 6 days ago from someone else complaining about the bead. I wish I had seen that sooner so that I could have went somewhere else and not wasted my money! Apparently they don't care about their customers at this location because they didn't fix the problem. Save your money and go somewhere else. Greenwood has lots of other options!!

Update decided to go ba k and of course there is no line so I get pulled forward and then my rost beef and cheddar has no cheese on it. They really can't be this bad. So this is the one place you can go if you enjoy getting pulled forward no matter if there is a line or not. Also if you enjoy French dip without the dip. Sadly enough I can say I have been here 4 times over last 6 months and every time there is something wrong with my order. Being pulled forward every time you would think they have enough time to get it right but not the case at all. The food is good and would love to be able to come here more often but the frustration that comes with it really limits me. Unfortunately it does not matter what you do right if the customer does not receive what they order.
